Refund policy
At Copper VII, each piece is carefully crafted in small batches with intention and care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, please email a clear photo of the damaged product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery to:
To be eligible for a refund due to damage:
- The product must be unused and unlit
- The product must remain in its original condition
- A photo of the damaged item and packaging must be provided
Products that have been burned, used, altered, or tampered with are not eligible for a refund.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to process back to your original method of payment.
Copper VII reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
