Shipping Policy

At Copper VII, each order is prepared with intention and care. Because our products are handmade in small batches, please allow time for proper preparation before shipment.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. During high-volume periods, launches, or vendor events, processing times may extend slightly.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times vary depending on carrier and destination. Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Copper VII is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery interruptions.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Copper VII is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
